We were fortunate to source grapes from a Calistoga Vineyard that grafted over Eisele Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon to their vineyard. The fruit was simply fantastic. Deep purple in the glass, the wine has incredible aromatics of ripe, dark fruit and expresso roast. It is full-bodied, with wonderful mouth feel, fine tannins, and a long, smooth finish. While very approachable today, this wine can be stored for 25 years.
