Our estate Cab is a true reflection of Buoni Amici Vineyard. Medium to dark garnet in the glass, the wine smells of black cherry, cassis, and lavender. In the mouth, juicy blackcurrant, black plum, and other dark fruits emerge. Hints of dried flowers and licorice linger in the finish. Faint tannins add texture and complexity to the wine.
